Alto Adige’s Winery Cooperatives are One Step Ahead

The Association of Winery Cooperatives of Alto Adige comprises all twelve of the winery cooperatives in the province. It provides a significant impetus for innovation which a single winegrower with an average of one hectare (two and a half acres) could in no way apply all by themselves. This power of innovation is tangible through and through in the winery operations, for example, in their highly modern equipment, in their latest technologies, in the constant continuing education of their employees, in the monitoring of the winegrowing areas, and in the wine event culture of Alto Adige. No matter in which direction you turn, the winery scene in Alto Adige is not merely an absolute pleasure for wine connoisseurs, it is also a point of attraction for fans of architecture and design.
