A passion for quality

S. Paolo’s is among the most beautiful winegrowing areas in South Tyrol. Today, the Cantina Produttori S. Paolo, which was founded in 1907, has 210 members who cultivate approx. 180 hectares and employ over 20 staff. For over 100 years the traditional trade of wine pressing has been combined with the most up-to-date technology and latest knowledge of natural growing methods.

The legacy of a centuries old wine culture is an important responsibility and at the same time the stimulus for constant improvement in line with our guiding principle, which is “a passion for quality”.

Special growers’ training courses, quality groups and reduced yields in combination with area-appropriate cultivation are the secret of success.
