Since its foundation in 1923, the Cantina Produttori Cornaiano has focused on high quality standards. The most important requirement for the production of high quality wines is the choice of location, and this is done in close cooperation with our wine growers.
When the fruit of their labours is finally reaped in autumn, grape quality plays a crucial role. The Cantina Produttori Cornaiano was one of the first in South Tyrol to introduce quality-dependent payments for growers.
The sharply reduced maximum yields ensure that the wines produced are of peak quality. The winery’s range of products has 3 separate quality categories: Select-Art, Premium and Vinum. Our motto is “quality from cultivation through to marketing”.
