Cantina Caldaro
In the heart of a great wine region
The Cantina Produttori Caldaro was founded back in 1906 and operates at the heart of South Tyrol’s wine growing area around Lake Caldaro.
Central to the organisation’s philosophy is the creation of and adherence to strict quality criteria. At the top of its product range are wines from the Pfarrhof and Castel Giovanelli vineyards and its individual estate wines.
The Cantina Produttori Caldaro took an important step in terms of its development by launching its biodynamic grape growing project, from which the “Solos” product line is derived. At present the 450 members cultivate approx. 300 hectares of the best vineyards and are among the most important quality wine producers in Italy.
